29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: Maintenance: On, or about, February 17, 2023, an employe who performed electric work, including diagnostic testing, were not provided with and required to wear personal protective equipment such as fire resistive clothing, a fire resistive face shield, a fire resistive balaclava, voltage rated gloves and an arc rated hair net.
