29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1): Swing cutoff saw(s) were not provided with an automatically adjusting hood that completely enclosed the upper half of the saw, the arbor end, and the point of operation at all positions of the saw: On or about February 1, 2023, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while using two separate swing cutoff saws, which were not provided guarding through the use of a hood to cover that portion of the blade not in contact with the material being cut.
