29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) Block Saw Room; on or about January 6, 2023 and at times prior to, maintenance employees were exposed to amputation and electrical hazards, in that the employer did not provide training in the recognition of hazardous energy sources, the magnitude of such energies, and the means of energy isolation to prevent accidental contact during maintenance/repairs of block circular saws and overhead cranes.
