29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1): Abrasive wheel(s) were used on portable grinder(s) which were not provided with safety guard(s): a) Wheels America - 777 W Providence Road Lansdowne, PA: Finishing/Grinding area: On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure safety guards were properly installed and used on a hand-held grinder DeWalt corded 11,000 RPM paddle switch grinder. Employees used the grinder to re-finish the wheels without a guard, exposing them to struck-by hazards.
