29 CFR 1910.1018(m)(2)(i): The employer shall assure that employees working in regulated areas or subject to the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic shower at the end of the work shift. (a) Production Area: On or about October 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure that temporary and contractor employees working in regulated areas working with inorganic arsenic performed personal decontamination at the end of each work shift leading to increased employee exposure and secondary exposures to inorganic arsenic.
