29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, access to electrical equipment beside the spray booth was blocked exposing employees to hazards associated with electrical shock. b) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, access to electrical equipment by the metal lathe was blocked exposing employees to hazards associated with electrical shock. c) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, access to electrical equipment beside the roll up door was blocked exposing employees to hazards associated with electrical shock. d) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, access to electrical equipment at both ends of the metal saw was blocked exposing employees to hazards associated with electrical shock. e) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, access to electrical equipment behind a stand grinder was blocked exposing employees to hazards associated with electrical shock.
