Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Instance 1: On or about September 29, 2022, at 4295 Davie Road Extension, FL 33024, an employee installing plywood onto the structural frame was exposed to a 15 foot fall hazard due to the lack of fall protection equipment. Instance 2: On or about September 29, 2022, at 4295 Davie Road Extension, FL 33024, employees installing plywood onto the structural frame were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard due to the lack of fall protection equipment.
