29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Bonded Logic Inc; On or about August 24, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical, struck-by, and caught-between hazards, in that employees were not trained in the recognition of hazardous energy sources, the methods to isolate them, and on the purpose and use of energy control procedures.
