29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) West side of the roof - On or about August 12, 2022 the employer had employees work from the top of the house to frame the roof without the use of fall protection exposing them to fall hazards.
