29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers which were mounted, located, and identified, so as to be readily accessible for employee use: a) Worksite - On or about August 9, 2022, Employees were performing tree removal tasks on a residential property utilizing machinery that can produce sparks, where flammable liquids and combustible materials were present and the employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
