29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. a) Wheelhouse - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, an electrical panel labeled Wheel House Fuse Box was not marked or labeled providing voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Wheelhouse - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a fuse box was not marked or labeled providing voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary, exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) Wheelhouse - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, an electrical panel containing branch circuits for flood lights and other various items was not marked or labeled providing voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings necessary, exposing employees to electrical hazards. d) Forward Cold Storage Area - On or about September 29, 2022, and times prior thereto, an electrical panel was observed without markings or labeling providing voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings necessary, exposing employees to electrical hazards. e) Pump Room - On or about September 29, 2022, and times prior thereto, two electrical panels were observed without markings or labeling to provide voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings necessary, exposing employees to electrical hazards. f) Oficina - On or about October 25, 2022, and times prior thereto, a subpanel was observed without markings or labeling providing voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings necessary, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
