29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Establishment: The employer did not ensure unused punch holes in electrical boxes were closed to prevent employee contact with energized electrical components in the following locations: a) Main electrical panel located in the hallway between the main shop and quality control shop. b) Emergency stop control box located on top of the MEGA panel marked 310 on a lathe in the main shop. c) MEGA electrical panel marked 310 and attached to a lathe in the main shop.
