29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(i):Conductors and equipment were not protected from overcurrent in accordance with their ability to safely conduct current: Site- Employees were not protected from electric shock and burns where branch circuit conductors were not compatible with the overcurrent protection from the circuit breaker which they were wired. Circuit breakers rated for 30, 40, and 60 amps; providing overcurrent protection to 220-volt outlet receptacles in all three panel boards located in the repair department; were installed using #12 wire and only rated for 20 amps.
