29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and were not dead front. However, panelboards other than the dead front externally-operable type are permitted where accessible only to qualified persons: a) Welded Wire Area- On or about 05/17/2022, employees were exposed to potential shock and/or fire hazards, in that two (2) electrical panels (Panel PMA and Panel PMB) were not enclosed with a cover as required. These electrical panels control several welding machines, battery charger, ice melting panel, east chiller, and west chiller.
