29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii):Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: A) Gasbarre Products, Inc., on or about May 05, 2021 in the shop: Employees are using damaged lead cables for welding operations in bay 2, exposing employees to potential electrical hazards. Insulation was stripped back from the wiring exposing employees to potential shock hazards near the base of the welding lead.
