29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked: On April 4, 2022, and times prior to, Craftsmen Industries, Inc. located at 3101 Elm point Industrial Drive, Saint Charles, MO did not ensure that hazardous chemicals used in secondary containers within the workplace were labeled in accordance with hazardous communication standard. Secondary containers containing chemicals were not used in their entirety during the current work shift, requiring the container to have a label.
