29 CFR 1926.1431(h)(1): The trial lift was not performed with the anticipated lift-weight of the unoccupied personnel platform from the ground level and each location where the platform was to be hoisted and positioned. (a) On or about February 24, 2022, in the marine shipyard, a trial lift of the personnel platform attached to an onboard crane was not performed prior to employees using the platform as a means of access on and off a jack up oil rig.
