29 CFR 1910.305(j)(7): Provisions were not made for sufficient diffusion and ventilation of gases from storage batteries to prevent the accumulation of explosive mixtures: On or about July 20, 2021; several used automotive batteries were stored in the warehouse with no source of ventilation. This condition allowed for the diffusion of explosive gases exposing employees to a fire hazard.
