29 CFR 1910.334(c)(3): The employer did not ensure that test instruments and equipment and their accessories were rated for the circuits and equipment to which they will be connected and designed for the environment in which they will be used: (a) On or about June 29, 2021, two employees installing electrical equipment were exposed to an electrical hazard when the test instrument they used was not rated for the circuit it was connected to.
