29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about May 26, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating machines on the production floor that were powered with 120 Volt flexible extension cords instead of fixed wiring, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
