29 CFR 1926.1204(b): 1926.1204(b): The employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of permit spaces before employee enter them: a) 872 Barcelona Street Townsend, DE - On or about April 29, 2016, the employer did not evaluate the the confine space identified as being the front porch of the new construction home which had a hazardous atmosphere, lower explosive limit, and oxygen content prior to their employee entering to operate a nail gun [e.g. Track-IT] and to apply a hazardous sealant to the foundation wall with a thermal covering over top of it.
