29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. On or about June 10, 2021 at Plant 4 - outside Engine Room 1 (Old), employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards associated with anhydrous ammonia due to an eye wash and body shower not being readily accessible outside of the Engine Room. b.
