29 CFR 1910.119(n): The employer did not implement an emergency plan for the entire plant in accordance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.38. a) Bay Shore Facility, at or near 190 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, New York: Temporary employees worked in close proximity to the propane filling process without information on what constitutes an emergency and what steps to take in the event of an emergency. The violation occurred on or about 3/11/2021. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
