29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Employees engaged in manufacturing activities were exposed to antifreeze, denatured alcohol, lacquer thinner, PS 870 C12 Part A, Govt Form A(3A), Coolube 2210, Pearl-Z3452 and Perchem 1511-AR which can cause skin and eye irritation, skin corrosion, acute toxicity and loss of consciousness in that the employer had not developed and implemented a written comprehensive hazard communication program.
