29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a - On or about January 28, 2021, at the worksite Foundation Food Group, Inc., located at 2076 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, GA, Plant 4, in the Line 4 freezer room, employees were exposed to pneumatic, electrical, chemical, hydraulic, and gravitational hazards while performing sanitation activities as the employer did not ensure specific lockout procedures for the Line 4 Immersion/Spiral freezer specifically addressed all energy sources.
