29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: UTCRAS Inc. Located at 501 Highland Ave Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Lunchroom, Building J: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure proper housekeeping was implemented in the lunchroom area. Employees were eating and having skin contact with surfaces contaminated with hazards chemicals such as copper, iron, manganese and chromium metal.
