At the workplace located at 1020 West 29th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108, employees were exposed to possible shock, burns, fire or potential electrocution. The electrical box located behind the Bolton Tools TV 300 cut off machine was open and contaminated with foreign material. The foreign material was generated from the operation of the Bolton Tools TV 300 cut off machine.
