29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: In the Maintenance Shop, employees engaged in grinding activities were exposed to struck by hazards in that the work rest for the Panther King bench grinder was not adjusted to one eighth of an inch, and was used with an opening of approximately 1/4 inch.
