29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a. On or about 11/09/2020, the openings for unused circuit breakers in electrical panel #3 were missing, and no blanks were inserted. Electrical panel #3 controls equipment such as, but not limited to, lights, wall sockets, and equipment (Grizzly Dust Collector, Router, etc.) b) On or about 11/09/2020, the openings for unused circuit breakers in electrical panel #13 were missing and no blanks were inserted. Electrical panel #13 controls equipment such as, but not limited to, Weld Station 1, Weld Station 4, and Weld Station 5. c) On or about 11/09/2020, the openings for unused circuit breakers in electrical panel #18 were missing and no blanks were inserted. Electrical panel #18 controls equipment such as, but not limited to, the Spot Welder.
