29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: a- Lot 549, 2 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 6 feet to the ground surface below, when using an unsecured aluminum extension ladder that was not set a surface that was stable and level. Condition observed on or about 10/20/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
