29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a. On or about June 08, 2020, at 7205 S.R. 50 EAST, Groveland, FL 34736, in the old mill, employees were operating fertilizer production-bagging loader machines, which were not equipped with at least one primary guard; therefore exposing the operators and other employees in the machine area/danger zone to nip, pinch, cut and amputate hazards. b. On or about June 08, 2020, at 7205 S.R. 50 EAST, Groveland, FL 34736, in the old mill, employees were operating on fertilizer production - bag sealer machines, which were not equipped with at least one primary guard; therefore exposing the operators and other employees in the machine area/danger zone to nip, pinch, burn, cut and amputate hazards. c. On or about June 08, 2020, at 7205 S.R. 50 EAST, Groveland, FL 34736, in the old mill, employees were operating fertilizer production - wrapper machines, which were not equipped with at least one primary guard; therefore exposing the operators and other employees in the machine area/danger zone to nip, pinch, cut, amputate, crush and struck hazards
