This was most recently documented on or about February 20, 2020 in the truck maintenance garage of the Hiland Dairy plant located at 2901 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. The Towmotor forklift was missing a nameplate displaying: data, capabilities, and weight lifting capacities.
