29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Worksite, 57 Glenmore Ave, Montauk NY, West Side of Building - Employees performing cedar shake siding installation work from a ladder jack scaffold were exposed to falls of approximately 27-feet into a concrete basement stairwell in that they did not have a personal fall arrest system, on or about 01/24/2020. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
