29 CFR 1915.81(b)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each walkway was kept clear of tools, equipment, materials, and other objects that created a hazard for employees: A) 7 Mosquito Lane, Tuckahoe, NJ: Employee(s) throughout the worksite were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazard(s) from extension cords routed on the ground, excessive debris on jobsites, and shore power cables that are routed in designated walkways. Condition noted on or about 23JAN20 NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
