29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride: On or about 12/27/19 at 350 Dewitt Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11207 employees loading and unloading parts in the plating area were exposed to methylene chloride 90-100% by volume contained in cold stripper 202 part 1 without initial monitoring to determine employee exposure. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY.
