29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area near the Concept 91 MEP Bending Machine workstation, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, the wiring to the machine from the main disconnect was without strain relief. b. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area main control panel, S-14 column, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, wiring at the top of the panel inside a conduit had the conduit broken off and out of the panel and pull could be transmitted to the wiring's terminal screws. c. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area, employees were exposed to machine hazards, in that, the wiring to the foot pedal control for the RMS 14 rebar bending machine did not have strain relief. d. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area, employees were exposed to machine hazards, in that, the wiring to the foot pedal control for the RMS 11 rebar bending machine did not have strain relief. e. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area Shear line 2 control panel, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, the wiring entering the power control panel at the side of the shear line was not provided with strain relief.
