29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the following: The health hazards associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica: a) Job Site - On or about August 7, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that each employee covered by 29 CFR 1926.1153 could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the health hazards associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
