29 CFR 1910.1018(o)(1)(i): A training program was not instituted for each employee who is subject to inorganic arsenic exposure above the action level, without regard to respirator use, or for whom there is a possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to inorganic arsenic hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities, subject to eye or skin irritation from inorganic arsenic, were exposed to arsenic hazards in that the employer did not implement a training program.
