29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to manage changes (except for "replacements in kind") to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures; and, changes to facilities that affect a covered process: Loading Rack, 436 Doremus Avenue, Newark, NJ a) Management of change procedures were not implemented when the employer replaced Wheaton Emco 451 couplings with Lynx bottom couplings on Meters 23, 43, 44, and 63 that convey gasoline products blended with pentane. b) Management of change procedures were not implemented when old solid aluminum dispensing hoses were replaced with new flexible hoses manufactured by Tigerflex on meters that convey gasoline products blended with pentane including but not limited to Meter 83. Violation occurred 9-26-18
