On or about August 8, 2018, at the Press department of Nupress of Miami Inc., 2050 NW 94th Ave, Doral, FL. A fan (i.e. Maxx Air, BF30DD) lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. b. On or about August 8, 2018, at the Press department of Nupress of Miami Inc., 2050 NW 94th Ave, Doral, FL. A compressor for a powder unit (i.e. AB Dick Press Powder 3) lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. c.
