29 CFR 1910.1018(e)(2): Initial monitoring was not performed for each workplace, or work operation covered by 29 CFR 1910.1018 to accurately determine the airborne concentration of inorganic arsenic to which employees may be exposed: GUN RANGE On, or about, July 24, 2018, the employer failed to determine if employees may be exposed to airborne inorganic arsenic when employees performed tasks such as gun testing with lead and arsenic containing bullets.
