29 CFR 1910.178(g)(1): Battery charging installations were not located in areas designated for that purpose: On or about June 27, 2018 and at times prior to, the battery charger for the battery powered forklifts was installed in front of an electrical panel. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with sparks from the hydrogen and oxygen emitted form the battery.
