29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective. a. On or about June 6, 2018, in the East bay, the plug end of the extension cord used to power the Wagner portable sprayer (model: 0277063; S/N: M9600622) located in the demarcated spraying area was missing the ground prong. The extension cord was covered with paint overspray.
