29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(vii)(d): Two-hand controls used for mechanical power press(es) were not fixed in position so that only a supervisor or safety engineer was capable of relocating the controls; a) On or about May 29, 2018 the employer failed to ensure that two hand control pedestals of the #14 (Komatsu 200)mechanical power press were fixed in position and not capable of being relocated by the operator. b) On or about May 29, 2018 the employer failed to ensure that two hand control pedestals of the #15 (Komatsu 110) mechanical power press were fixed in position and not capable of being relocated by the operator. c) On or about May 29, 2018 the employer failed to ensure that two hand control pedestals of the #16 (AIDA 20) mechanical power press were fixed in position and not capable of being relocated by the operator.
