29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation; a) On or about 04/05/18 at the Iron City location; employee performed service and maintenance work on the equipment at this location, such as but not limited to, removing the crusher jaws, making adjustments to the crusher jaws, greasing and lubricating the crusher, inspecting and repairing the conveyor belt was not trained in the methods and means necessary for energy isolation when working below the conveyor directly off of the crusher. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
