29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) On or about 4/6/2018, Temporary extension cord was being used as permanent wiring to power a solenoid for the air tank in the MCC room out side of Building "C" creating an electrical shock hazard.
