29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. In the maintenance area, an electrical box with knockouts on the side was not being used in accordance with the listing and labeling in that it was wired to be an extension cord. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
