29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Shipping Area, In Between Overhead Door #1 and Pedestrian Exit Door - On or about January 31, 2018 and at times prior to, powered industrial truck (forklift) operators used an EnerSys Enforcer Impaq+ Industrial Battery Charger that was not installed and used per the manufacturer's safe operating procedures, in that the battery charger was stored on combustible material such as a wooden pallet, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.
