29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Compounding/Mixing: Employees engaged in batch mixing are required to use corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, Vigon Caprylic Acid Natural, and Vigon Acetic Acid Natural. The employer did not provide an eyewash station for the quick flushing of the eyes, on or about 12/12/17 and 12/19/17.
