29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space for equipment likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized was used for storage: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical and fire hazards while workers are operating machines nearby. This was most recently documented at the jobsite located at 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas. The employer did not ensure that each disconnects utilized for de-energizing, maintenance, servicing or adjustments at Building 3-193G, area F3, are clear of storage materials. Items such as Counter sinking tools were stored in the clear space located in front of the disconnects.
